On July 13, 2020 Governor Gavin Newsom announced updated directives for 30 counties in California due to an increase in coronavirus related deaths and hospitalizations. Archbishop Jose Gomez requested that all Catholic Churches, Schools and Offices in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles to comply with the updated Directives. Our parish and the parish office are closed to the public.
Although the new directives has not allowed us to celebrate mass indoors, we will have one outdoor Sunday mass service at 9:30 AM with social distancing and tracing guidelines in place. You must register through Eventbrite to secure your reservation. Registrations open every Wednesday at 10:00 AM and close every Friday at 2:00 PM. Please include your phone number in the “Last Name” box. If you know of any parishioner that does not have access to internet, please have them call us at the office to reserve their attendance.
I hope you, your family, and everyone stays safe, happy and healthy. I say Mass everyday by myself and I lift my prayers and entrust you, your family, our world, our country and our parish to the intercession of our blessed Mother to her Risen Son to protect us from all harms and shelter us under the mantle of her love and protection.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude for your love, prayers, generosity and ongoing financial support for the parish in this time of difficulty. Furthermore, our financial status in the past four months decreased tremendously and your ongoing financial support to the parish is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions you can still call the office during office hours or send us an email.
May God bless you and your family abundantly.
